The final trailer for " Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker" has premiered two months before it hits the silver screen. These last four years between the premiere of "The Force Awakens" and this moment have been too agonizing to express. In two months, the story will conclude. The wait will be over. The ultimate question burning in the hearts of Star Wars fans over the past forty-two years will be answered:

Answer: The light will prevail!

The cinematography in the trailer alone symbolizes the rise of the light. The light shines everywhere around the heads of each significant character. Even Kylo Ren. Light shines throughout the galaxy.

It must, because of darkness more powerful than Snoke and Kylo is ready to rise. The Emperor is back, and he wants his throne back. However, Supreme Leader Kylo Ren stands in his way. Once again, Reymust join Kylo at his side to destroy the pure evil threatening the galaxy. In the process, she is granted a new opportunity to pull him into the light.

There is no longer any doubt that they form another alliance.

To whom does Palatine direct these cryptic words?

Most likely, he seeks to discourage the union between Kylo Ren and Rey. They spend an unusual amount of time together in the footage of all three trailers for this movie.

What is the mission? What is Rey hoping to find within the ruins of the Death Star, and why does Kylo Ren follow her there? What do they find instead?

This must be where they confront Palpatine. He brings darkness. They bring Light.

Meanwhile, the epic space battle that Abrams promised will no doubt ensue. According to the footage of this trailer, this battle will defy expectations. Countless ships appear on both sides of the war. As if the entire galaxy is split down the middle. People finally awaken and take their place in their right to live free. This gives the Rebellion a fight chance after the Resistance is nearly annihilated in the Last Jedi.

Emporer Palpatine has an impossible fight ahead of him. He will fail. Light will prevail.
